My famous cookie recipe…
Combine in a large bowl:
1.5 cups almond meal
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I add wayyy more haha)
Pinch of sea salt
Combine, roll into cookies, slightly flatten onto baking paper, Bake for 12 minutes on 160 degrees.
